1. What we collect
Only what you give us when you request a quote or write to us:
- Full name.
- Email address.
- Phone or WhatsApp number.
- Name of the company, school, church or group (optional).
- The event details you set in the quote form: group type, number of participants, length and services of interest.
- Any notes or special requirements you write, including dietary restrictions if you choose to share them.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, we do not ask for financial or banking details on this site, and we do not buy or rent contact lists.
2. What we use it for
- Preparing and sending the quote you requested.
- Contacting you by phone, WhatsApp or email to answer questions and coordinate your event.
- Scheduling and running your stay if you book.
- Keeping an internal record of requests and their commercial follow-up.
These are necessary purposes. If you also want to receive promotions or news, we will ask you separately and you can say no without affecting your quote.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your personal data. It is shared only when needed to provide the service:
- Our web hosting and email provider, which stores the information on our behalf.
- WhatsApp, when you choose to write to us through that channel, under that platform's policies.
- Competent authorities, only when legally required.
4. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests while there is active commercial follow-up and for up to 24 months after the last contact. If the event is booked, the data is kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting rules. It is then deleted or anonymized.
5. Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, its correction if inaccurate, its deletion when you believe we no longer need it, or object to a specific use. You can also withdraw your consent.
To do so, write to hola@cancunjunglecamp.com with the subject "Data rights", stating your name, a contact method and your request. We will reply within 20 business days.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. It may use audience measurement tools (Google Analytics) to know how many people visit and which pages they see; the data is aggregated and not used to identify you. You can block them in your browser settings.
7. Minors
Our camps host groups of minors, but booking and commercial contact always happen with the school, church, company or the adult responsible for the group. We do not collect personal data from minors directly through this site.
8. Changes to this policy
Any change will be published on this page with its update date. We recommend reviewing it if you send us a new request.
