What HR asks

How many people can take part?

From 25 to 480. The 40-game circuit takes up to 200 people at once and there are 120 beds for multi-day programs.

Can it be a single day?

Yes. One day with meals, or several days with lodging in air-conditioned cabins.

Is there connectivity?

Starlink for the technical team and staff. Everyone else disconnects to reconnect; it's part of the program.

Is there medical care?

A paramedic is available on request; it is added to the program and quoted separately.

Can we add Isla Mujeres?

Yes. The Isla Mujeres catamaran and the cenote excursion are quoted separately and run by certified providers.

Do you invoice?

Yes. Billing details are taken when the event is confirmed.
