What a pastor asks

How many people fit without splitting the group?

Ten cabins with 11 bunks and three VIP cabins with 6, all air-conditioned: 120 beds under a roof, and the camping area takes the rest.

Can we bring our own team?

Yes, and most groups do. You lead the program, the dynamics and the teaching times; we handle lodging, meals, facilities and running the place.

Is there a space where the whole congregation fits together?

The main palapa seats 100 people, with sound, and the outdoor tables another 100. Larger full-group sessions use the open area.

Are meals included?

Yes. Full, generous meals, unlimited water and fruit water. If someone needs a special menu, tell us and we will work it out together.

Is there medical care?

Adult groups come with their own support team. If you want a paramedic during the retreat, it can be added and is quoted separately.

Where exactly are you?

In Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, on the federal Cancún–Mérida highway, 40 minutes from Cancún. Transportation can be arranged with outside providers if the group needs it.

What is the minimum?

Thirty people. Dates book up months in advance, especially between March and August.

Does it work for a spiritual retreat or a youth retreat?

Both. The palapa with sound and the open area host the full-group sessions and teaching times; the campfire closes the night; the cabins and the 40-game circuit are for the young people's time together. The church brings the program; we provide the place.
